Sheridan’s rally falls short, lose 28-21

November 5, 2011

The Sheridan Yellowjackets’ bid to host a first-round playoff game came to an end when they dropped a 28-21 decision to the Arkansas High Razorbacks in Texarkana on Friday night. The Yellowjackets scored 14 points in the final four minutes, but couldn’t get it done in the end.
“Too little too late,” Sheridan Coach Louis Campbell said. “We didn’t play very good on defense. We gave them 21 points. They had a fumble returned for a touchdown. That was 28 points.”
