Margaret L. Dickens, 89, of Benton, passed away April 14, 2011, in Bryant. She was born Oct. 1, 1921, in Memphis, Tenn. to the late Milus and Ella (Dowell) Bryant.
Her husband, Joe Neil Dickens, also preceded her in death.
Survivors include her son, Joe Dickens; daughter, Kathy Shaw, both of Benton; two grandchildren, Sarah Dickens and Kelly Bridges, and one great-grandson, Hunter Bridges.
The memorial service will be held at 10 a.m., Tuesday at Christ Episcopal Church in Little Rock with The Rev. Scott Walters and Rev. Kate Alexander officiating.

“He is extremely smart on and off the field,†Meyers said.
The 17-year-old son of Melissa and Flynn Kettell, who plays second base and bats second for the Beavers, is what his head coach calls an “overachiever.â€
“In my book, that is about the best compliment you can give a person, because it means that he has worked to get where he is,†Meyers said.â€He is not blessed with amazing talent or ability, but he excels where others do not.â€
