Marjorie Ball Cathey, 81, of North Little Rock, passed away Monday, May 30. She was a retired Customer Service Representative for Control Data Corporation and a member of North Little Rock Missionary Baptist Church.
She is survived by her son, David Cathey of Little Rock; daughter, Martha Diane Cathey of Cabot; four grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
Alberta Harris, 74, of Bryant, passed away June 24.Â She was born October 3, 1936, in Glenwood, to the late Elbert and Loka Barrett.Â She was a member of Calvary Assembly of God Church.
Alberta was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Chester Harris, Sr., and granddaughter, Abigail Lynn Cox, and sisters, Icie Harris and Binnie Hendrix.
Sharon Gibbs, 61, of Benton, passed away June 24.Â She was born July 9, 1949, in Fort Smith, to the late George and Edith Sisco.
Carmon Woodrow Hulsey, 94, of Benton, passed away June 23.Â He was born March 4, 1917 in Sayre, Alabama to the late William and Pearl Hulsey.Â Carmon was a Pipe Fitter for Reynolds Metal Company, member of Calvary Baptist Church of Benton, Benton Lodge 34 and aÂ Army Veteran of World War II.
Â He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and two grandchildren.
John Warren Page, 63, of Benton, passed away June 22, 2011.Â He was born January 29, 1948 in Morrison, Illinois to the late Beverly W. and Barbara Page.Â Johnâs passion was singing with Barber Shop Quartets.
Â Survivors, brother, James S. Page and wife, Carole of Spring, Texas, sisters, Pamela Fjeld-Hansen and husband, Jan of The Woodlands, Texas, Patricia Luers and husband, Dennis of Grapevine, Texas.
Â Cremation arrangements were through Ashby Funeral Home.Memorial services will be held at a later date.

BENTON â Lakeside scored 12 runs in the top of the third inning to defeat the Benton AA Legion Everett GMC baseball team 19-0 in three innings.
Benton used four different pitchers as Lakeside nearly batted around twice in the inning. A three-run home run by Lakesideâs lead off hitter was the big blow but Lakeside also managed a two-run single and a RBI double.
A bases loaded walk forced in a run as did a hit by pitch.
Everett GMC AA Legion baseball team lost 8-7 to Pine Bluff National Bank Tuesday night at home. Pine Bluff scored two runs in the top of the seventh inning to come back from a one-run deficit to win the game.
Pine Bluff also scored three runs in the first, one in the second and third and one in the sixth. Everett scored two in the third, four runs in the third and one in the fourth.
Everettt had seven runs on eight hits and Pine Bluff had eight runs on 13 hits.
Claudia Gould Davis Walker, 74, of Enola, formally of Bauxite,Â passed away June 20, 2011.Â She was born December 17, 1936, in Bauxite to the late Claude and Bertha Davis.Â Claudia was an assistant trust officer for Arizona Bank of Phoenix. She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Marilyn Shelton.
Survivors are her husband, Bob Walker of Enola, daughter, Wanda Jensen and husband, Drew of Arizona, brothers, Rex and Ray Davis of Benton and two grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, July 2, at Bauxite Cemetery.
Benton head coach Chris Nail and senior Luke Vance will participate in the Arkansas Activities Association All-Star basketball game tonight in Fayetteville.
âIt is a big honor because you are voted on by your peers,â Nail said. âWeâve had a good time up here and Iâve met some really good kids.
âIt has been a great experience.â
Nail said he would use this time to talk shop and maybe learn some new strategies from the coaches.
âIâm around some good coaches up here and we talk a lot of ball,â Nail said. âYou always want to do things that are successful.â
Jodie Jones, Jr., 82, recently passed away.
A graveside service will be held today at 1 p.m. at Evergreen East Cemetery in El Paso, Texas.
He is survived by his wife, Dorothy Jones; sons, Tommy Jones (Cindy) and John Heslep; daughter, Patricia Ann Blue; and sister, Virginia Alexander.
