Ken Young Co. donates profits in 7th charity build to CJCOHN

November 21, 2012

Ken Young and wife Jo have made their mark on the homebuilding industry in Saline County.
They take pride in Ken Young Company's ability to build quality homes that provide attractive, quality homes for county residents. But there's a lot more to the couple's success than simply counting the houses that Ken built.
They have incorporated into their lives a practice of sharing their success with others. In fact, they recently donated all of the profits from a new residential construction project to Churches Joint Council on Human Needs.

Thanksgiving memories of a dog and a turkey

November 21, 2012

We all have Thanksgiving memories that are close to our hearts. Memories of going to Grandma and Grandpa's house, the scent of freshly baked pies, the turkey roasting in the oven.

With my three brothers living in different states, I was a young adult on my own, so I was very excited when my boyfriend at the time asked me to join his parents for Thanksgiving.
