Woody Eugene Putman, 56, of Mabelvale, left this life down here on Saturday, Jan. 5.Â He was born Aug. 28, 1956, to Woody A. and Beulah M. Putman of Bauxite.
Mr. Putman was a forklift operator at Reynolds Metals in Bauxite.
He was predeceased by his sister, Linda Darlene Putman.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by two sons, Leslie West Putman and Troy Eugene Putman and wife Kim, all of Benton; two sisters, Shirley Miller of Benton and Rebecca Bolding of Bryant; and two grandchildren, Salina Putman and Spencer Levi Putman.
Maci Leighann Harris, 10, of Otter Creek went to be with her Lord on Jan. 2.Â She was a very outgoing and active young lady.Â
Maci loved going to church at Oak Park Baptist Church, where she was very involved with the GMA girls ministry. She also enjoyed playing tennis and riding horses.Â She was a very loving sister, daughter, granddaughter and friend.Â She attended Otter Creek Elementary School.
Maci was preceded in death by her grandfather, Pastor David Harris.
Pastor David Edward Harris, 64, of Little Rock went to be with his Lord on Jan. 1. He was born July 18, 1948, to Leo and Mary Harris in Little Rock.
David was a very devoted and loving husband, son, father and grandfather. He dedicated his life to helping and mentoring others; he truly had a servantâ€™s heart.
He was the pastor for 36 years of Oak Park Baptist Church in Little Rock. He was an avid sports fan and loved listening to music.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Harris, and his beautiful granddaughter, Maci Harris.
