William Larkin â€śBillâ€ť McCurry, 67, of Hot Springs passed away early, Friday, Nov. 1, 2013, peacefully at his home surrounded by his loving family.
He was born Aug. 15, 1946, in Texarkana, Ark., to Larkin and Elsie McCurry.
Bill loved his family. His most treasured times were spent with his wife, kids and grandkids traveling, hunting, fishing, canoeing, and four-wheeling. He loved attending his grandkids' sporting events.
Eva Ellen Blake Keene, 77, of Benton passed away Nov. 3, 2013, in Little Rock. She was born May 1, 1936 in Saline County.
Eva was a retired LPN from Saline Memorial Hospital and a member of Grape Chapel Church of God.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Leonard and Willie Raney Blake; her husband, Herbert G. Keene; a son, Ronnie N. Arthur; two brothers, Everett D. Blake and James D. Blake; and a sister, Lela Bray.
Martha Sue "Susie" Mashburn Dixon, 59, of Benton, died Saturday, Nov. 2, 2013. at her home.Â She was born to Dr. William R. Mashburn M.D. and Elizabeth Lee Bernelle (deceased) on May 10, 1954.Â
Susie was a member of the Hot Springs High School Class of 1972 and was a student at National Park Community College in Hot Springs.Â In 2012 she married the love of her life, Richard Dixon.Â She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and attended the Benton Ward.
Gilbert Franklin Griffin, 69, of Traskwood, passed away on Saturday Nov. 2, 2013.Â He was born June 6, 1944, in Lake Village, to the late Gilbert Monroe Griffin and the late Madell Royal Griffin.
Gilbert was retired from Pulaski County Road and Bridge and was a Desert Storm veteran of the U.S. Army. He was a member of Temple Baptist Church and American Legion Post of Sheridan.
