Frank Walter Seaton Sr., 84, of Alexander passed away Monday, April 1, 2013. He was born Dec. 4, 1928, in Hartford, Conn.
Mr. Seaton was a U.S. Army Veteran and worked for the Arkansas Department of Human Development Services. He was a member of the Bryant Senior Adult Center in Bryant, the Knights of Columbus and of the Catholic faith.Â
Mr. Seaton was preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Bella Marie Seaton and four brothers, Walter, Eddie, Emil and John Seaton.
Morris C. Green, 98, of Benton passed away March 31, 2013. He was born Feb. 14, 1915, in Cleburne, Texas, to the late Elbert and Lou Morris Green.Â
Morris was preceded in death by his wife, Edna Ruth Green; a son, Bill Green; and a daughter, Fran Leavelles.
Paul Eugene Felty, age 77, of Paron passed away Monday, April 1, 2013. He was born July 23, 1935 in the Butterfield Community of Hot Springs County. Mr. Felty graduated from Malvern High School in 1954, where he played football for the Leopards and was co-captain of the team his senior year.
He was a Mason and a retired school bus driver for Paron School District and North American Rockwell in Anaheim, Calif.Â
Mr. Felty was preceded in death by his parents, Bill and Colvia Bryant Felty; and a nephew, Lane Felty.
Roy Dean Jackson, 60, of Sardis died March 31, 2013.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Wiley and Maggie Durham of Little Rock; his parents, Roy Obid Jackson and Lillie Mae Kesterson of Sardis; and two sisters, Rose Mary Burry and Cynthia Lynn Kesterson.
Larry “Bones” Windell McKim, 60, of Donaldson passed away on Saturday, March 30, 2013, at Veterans Hospital in Little Rock.
Larry was born Sept. 9, 1952, in Malvern, to Windell and Lula Mae Gray McKim. He attended Ouachita High School and served in the U.S. Army from 1972 to 1976 as a tank driver and sharpshooter.
Larry owned a logging business, worked at Acme Brick Co.. was a regular at the Donaldson Store and of the Baptist faith.Â
Jackie Wayne Baxter, 71, of Traskwood passed away March 30, 2013, at his home. He was born Jan. 22, 1942 in Fort Smith.
Jackie was retired from Alcoa and a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents, G. E. and Troyle Rogers Baxter; and three brothers.
He is survived by his wife, Doris Baxter of Traskwood; two daughters, Nelda Flieger and husband Vernon of Greenbrier and Brenda Wheatley of Conway; a sister, Velma Tuggle of Malvern; four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Police are no longer searching for a man accused of felony assault.
Trent Duncan surrendered voluntarily at the Saline County Detention Center earlier today.

The Benton Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a battery suspect.
The Benton Police Department on Friday evening located a vehicle on Interstate 30 that was reported stolen in Little Rock.
Driver Jeremy Holt, 36, was arrested and charged with theft by receiving and driving with a suspended license. Officers also reportedly found a meth pipe in the vehicle, and Holt received an additional charge of drug paraphernalia possession. He also was found to have active felony warrants out of two other police departments, according to a police report on the incident.

The Benton Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a battery suspect.
Police are encouraging anyone with information on the location of 32-year-old Trent Duncan to contact the Benton Police Department at 501-778-1171 or 501-315-TIPS. Individuals also may send an anonymous tip about his whereabouts to CRIMES (274637), with the keyword BNPD in the body of the text or go to www.crimereports.com to leave a tip.
Police reportedly believe Duncan is still in the Central Arkansas area.
Ruth A. Mathews Snow, 91, of Little Rock left this life and entered into Heaven on Thursday, March 28, 2013. She was surrounded by her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Will and Dosia Mathews; a sister, Edna Mathews Townsend; and four brothers, John, Robert, Stanley and Otis Mathews.
