Circuit Judge Grisham Phillips set the bond during a proceeding on Thursday morning. Gilliam previously had been free on a $100,00 bond but was re-arrested on Aug. 8 after a motion to revoke his bond was filed by Chief Deputy Prosecuting Attorney Rebecca Bush. The motion stated that Gilliam violated the terms of his bond by violating state laws.
