Alderman proposes change to city attorney position

October 27, 2014

At the close of an Oct. 22 Finance and Personnel Committee meeting, Bryant Alderman Brenda Miller asked for the voting rules to be suspended in order to add an item to the agenda.

Miller wanted an opportunity to speak about the city attorney position and how it is structured.

She said she has questions about the position. "The reason I brought this up at the Finance and Personnel meeting is because I felt like discussion needs to be before the election." she said.
