First Electric Cooperative has reported that 582 people in Saline County near Shannon Hills are out of power. Six residents are out of power in Cleburne County and 17 residents have reported power outages in Pulaski County, according to First Electric Cooperative's website.
About 11,150 Entergy customers are out of power, according to their website. Pope County has the most customers affected.
Benton Utilities has not received any reported outages at this time.

The Bryant School District has announced their closings for Friday, Dec. 6, due to inclement weather. Based on City past practices, only essential city personnel will be required to report to work on Friday, Dec. 6, per Mayor Jill Dabbs.
LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) â€” Arkansas Gov. Mike Beebe is declaring a statewide emergency because of the wintry storm that's hitting the state.
Beebe declared a statewide disaster on Thursday afternoon.
The governor's office says that combined with additional proclamations, the disaster declaration will ease restrictions on utility crews, fuel haulers and propane deliveries during the wintry storm.
Benton, Bryant, Bauxite, Harmony Grove and Glen Rose has announced that they will be closed tomorrow because of increment weather. The University of Central Arkansas will be closed starting today at 3:30 p.m.
AccuWeather.com reports an ice storm will affect millions of people into Friday and threaten to cut power for hundreds of thousands from northern Texas to western Kentucky.â€¨Travel by vehicle or foot will be dangerous during and after the storm, due to icy roads and falling trees and power lines.
Major David Mattingly sent out a press release encouraging safety during the impending winter storm. Mattingly said, "We have held discussions with all department heads regarding whatever assistance the city can provide as a result of a bad winter storm. As we receive notice of where warming shelters will be located we will post that information on our website."
The city has been notified by Northside Church of Christ that they will be open as a warming center and can be reach at (501)315-1128.
CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) of Saline County has canceled its Holiday Home Tour scheduled for Sunday, December 8th from 2 to 4 p.m. due to impending winter weather.
The Board canceled the Tour Wednesday out of concern for the homeowners, who were so graciously opening their homes, the Tour attendees and the CASA volunteers.
The three jury orientation sessions scheduled for Friday has been postponed until Friday, December 13, 2013, Saline County Circuit Clerk Dennis Milligan and Circuit Judge Gary Arnold announced Wednesday.
The decision to delay the orientation sessions was made because of the winter storm watch in effect for central Arkansas starting Thursday, Milligan and Arnold said.
The Toys for Tots Caravan project that was set to leave Benton on Saturday has been canceled due to the chance of inclement weather.
Plans announced for 10th annual Toys for Tots project
The 10th annual Toys for Tots caravan will leave the Benton area on Dec. 7 en route for Toy Hill in North Little Rock.
George Beyers of George Beyers Co. is the local coordinator for the project.
Beyers said the event is open to "any and all antique, vintage, classic, exotic, hot rod, street rod, low rider, street machine cars, trucks and specialty vehicles."
