LITTLE ROCK — Democratic gubernatorial hopeful Mike Ross is criticizing his Republican rivals for the state's top office, accusing them of pushing for tax cuts without explaining to voters how they'd pay for them.
Ross on Friday told members of the Political Animals Club that he'd support targeted tax cuts that would help create jobs if the state was running a surplus. He said the Republican gubernatorial hopefuls aren't explaining what taxes they'd raise or services they'd cut to pay for the reductions they're calling for.
