Testimony Thursday morning in the trial of a man charged in connection with the death of two brothers in the Sardis community centered about a voicemail that was deleted by a lieutenant with the Saline County Sheriffâ€™s Office.
The case stems from an Oct. 6, 2013, incident in which Clinton Dewitt Spann Jr., 67, shot Michael Williams and Donald Williams.
Spann allegedly called the Saline County Sheriffâ€™s Office nonemergency number before the shooting and left a voicemail on Lt. Jerry Morrisonâ€™s phone.
The Benton Police Department is asking for the public's help in locating runaway teen Angel Galvez.
According to the department, Galvez ran away from home on January 12, and hasn't been seen by his parents since then.
He has made sporadic contact with his parents by texts and social media the past few weeks, although they haven't heard from him at all since Feb. 1.
Galvez is described as being a Hispanic male, approximately 5' 9" tall, 120 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
