â€˘A man on Griffey Drive reported his all-terrain vehicle, a white 2005 Suzuki LTZ 400, was stolen.
â€˘A caller at Tyndall Park Mini Storage reported a break-in.

â€˘A man on Oak Place Drive reported a theft.
â€˘A man on East Polk Road reported a man threatened him.
â€˘A woman on Samples Road reported she witnessed a disturbance.
â€˘A man on Germania Road reported a motorcycle was stolen.
Benton Fire Department
Benton firefighters responded to a brush fire, a rescue call, three medical calls and a motor vehicle accident.
A total of 9,086 ballots have been cast in the six days since early voting started Oct. 20 in the November general election.
Broken down by specific sites, the Saline County Clerk's Office reported that 4,302 people have voted to date at the county election center ("vote here" building) in Benton; 2,500 at Grace Church in Bryant; 1,530 at Bank of the Ozarks (formerly Summit Bank) in Hot Springs Village; and 1,632 at the East End Fire Station.

Months after her sonâ€™s death, a Benton woman organized a 5K race to raise money for a research foundation.
Sarah Burnsâ€™ son, Hudson Andrew, died Feb. 19, 2014, at the age of 16 months. He died in his sleep during nap time at a day care facility, she said.
The exact cause of death has not been determined, but it has been ruled a sudden and unexplained death in childhood â€” also known as SUDC. This is similar to sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS), but applies to children who are older than 1.
Hudson had been in perfect health, Burns said.
