According to Trooper Jeffrey Plouch with the Arkansas State Police, the stalled 1997 Dodge Neon involved in Friday's fatal three-vehilce accident had been put in park in the eastbound center lane of Interstate 30 near the Alcoa Road Exit.
"The only possible reason we could find was that the front left tire had some separation but wasn't blown," Plouch said.
Gayle Moore, 39, of Little Rock was driving the vehicle when it was struck in the rear end by two different vehicles.
Moore was pronounced dead at the scene by the Saline County Coroner's Office.
