Debbie Lynn (House) Wilson, 57 of Benton passed away September 24, at the Saline Memorial Hospice House in Bryant. She was born to parents William Nathan and Emily House on December 23, 1953 in Little Rock.

Martha L. Wisely

Martha L. Wisely, 87, of Benton, passed away Tuesday, September 27.  She was born September 22, 1924 in Sheridan, Arkansas.  Mrs. Wisely was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Marion and Ola Camp; husband, Carl Dean Wisely; brother, Rayburn Camp and a sister, Vida Mashburn.
 
She is survived by two sons, Scott Wisely and wife Frances of Benton and Dale Wisely and wife Marilyn of Alabama; brother, Lynn Camp of Sheridan; two sisters, Fannie Linn of Morrilton and Cloma Dean of Colorado; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
 

Wylie Lonnie “Dub” Shelnut

Wylie Lonnie “Dub” Shelnut, 79, of Benton died Friday, Sept. 23, following a lengthy battle with Alzheimer’s disease. He was born Dec. 12, 1931. to Harlon and Zella Shelnut, who preceded him in death.
Wylie passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by family and the one true love of his life, his wife of almost 61 years, Joyce Burnett Shelnut.

Capt. Cassandra Dawn Henneberry

U.S. Air Force Capt. Cassandra Dawn Henneberry, 37, of San Antonio died Sept. 21 from complications due to cancer.
She was preceded in death by her father, Thomas F. Wood of Benton.
She is survived by her husband, T. Henneberry; children, Dade, 14, and Gillian, 10, of San Antonio; her mother, Mary Ellen Wood of Benton; two sisters, Heather Wood and husband James McAlister of Mayflower and Melany Boyd and husband Jerah of Benton; five nieces and nephews; and many friends.

Harold Paul White

Harold Paul White, 72, of Benton, passed away on Sunday, Sept. 25.  He was born Feb. 22, 1939, in Scott.
Mr. White was a U.S. Navy veteran and a maintenance supervisor at Alcoa, Reynolds and Central Arkansas Library Systems in Little Rock, where he retired.  He was a member and deacon of Trinity Baptist Church in Benton. He was a member of the Twirling Lariats of Little Rock and the Star Promenaders of Bauxite.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Howard and Maurine Benbrook; and a son, Jeffrey Allan White.
