Logan Dewell Crowson, of Benton, infant son of Darrell Crowson and Amy (Holley) Crowson, passed away Sunday, September 18.Â

Logan was preceded in death by his maternal relatives; grandmother, Cecile Vick, grandfather, Robert Eugene Holley, aunt, Allison Holley; step-grandfather, Albert Scroggins, and uncle, Robert J. Wesley Holley, His paternal relatives; great grandfather, Dewell Lee Crowson, great uncle, William Willis “Bill†Crowson, and great aunt, Dulcie Elizabethâ€Poopsie†Crowson.

David Eugene Brumley, 71, of Benton, passed away Sept. 18. He was born June 16, 1940 in Shreveport, La., to Deverett and Mary Alice Brumley.
David lived a full life and loved his family and friends. He was an active member of the Saline County Moose Lodge and a pro-golfer for many years. David enjoyed fishing and hunting.Â
He was preceded in death by his father, Deverett Brumley.
September 21st
Bobby J. Rowan, 81, of Benton passed away Monday, Sept. 19, at Saline Memorial Hospital Hospice House in Bryant. He was born Nov. 30, 1929, in Hot Springs to the late Henry and Maude Rowan and was a member of Sharon Missionary Baptist Church.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Billy Ray Rowan.

Laverne "Bernie" Witham, 62, of Malvern (formerly of Fordyce) died Sept. 18, at National Park Medical Center in Hot Springs. She was born June 15, 1949, in Sparkman, the daughter of John Henry and Dorothy (Shaddock) Brown. She graduated from Sparkman High School in 1967 and was the owner of Bernie's Daycare in Fordyce. She was a member of Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church. Her love and grace touched so many hearts through the years. She was a true shining example of unconditional love and the Christian way.Â
Rodney Dwight Cleghorn, 65, of Bryant, died Sunday, Sept. 18. He was born Nov. 7, 1945 in Alleene.
Rodney was an Engineering Assistant for Ground Landscape, a U.S. Navy Veteran and a member of Benton First Assembly of God Church in Benton.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Floyd and Coelia Cleghorn; brothers, Coy and Tom Cleghorn; and sister, Theola Deal.

Mildred Ella Boyd Perryman, 85, of Benton, passed away Thursday, Sept. 15, in Benton. She was born Oct. 1, 1925, to the late Eddie S. and Cora Delena (Capel) Boyd in Benton. Her husband, Gerald W. Perryman also died on September 15.
She was predeceased by two brothers, Edward C. and Alton L. Boyd; and one grandson, Charles Shaun Miller.
Gerald W. Perryman, 86, of Benton passed away Thursday, Sept. 15, in Benton. He was born Nov. 29, 1924, in Little Rock to the late Tom Earl and Mettie Graves Perryman.
Mr. Perryman was retired from Reynolds Metals, a U.S. Navy veteran and a 32nd-degree Mason. Â His wife, Mildred Perryman also died Sept. 15.
He was predeceased by a brother, Earl Perryman; and a grandson, Charles Shaun Miller.
Michael Ray Morrison, 61, of Benton, died Friday, September 16, in Little Rock. He was born September 29, 1949 in Little Rock. Michael was a US Navy Veteran serving from 1968 to 1972. Michael was a member in good standing with the Heat and Frost Insulators, Local #10 for 31 years. He served in the capacity of Vice President, Executive Officer and on the Apprenticeship Committee.
He was preceded in death by his father, Ray Morrison and his brother, Richard Morrison.

Lula Marie (Huey) Reynolds, 94, of Russellville, formerly of Shaw, died Friday, Sept. 16, at Legacy Lodge in Russellville.Â
She was born April 8, 1917, in Shaw to Samuel Clinton Huey and Ollie Maybelle (Dorrell) Huey. Mrs. Reynolds was retired from Jones Furniture and was a member of First Baptist Church in Benton.
 She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, William Frank (Pete) Reynolds; a sister, Vivian Carson; three brothers, Joe, Earl and Crawford; and a grandson. Shawn Corley.

Kenneth P. Pearson, 64, passed away Sept. 15 at the Saline Memorial Hospice House in Bryant. He was born April 18, 1947, to Joseph and Laura Stowell Gionfriddo.
He was of the Catholic faith and a retired equipment operator. He was a member of the Eagles Aries No. 4231 of Thayer, Mo.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
