Trisha Laine Glenn Rice

Trisha Laine Glenn Rice, 32, of Malvern, became an Angel on April 24, 2011, Easter Sunday.
She was born Aug. 10, 1978, in Heidelberg, Germany, to William “Gann” and Lana Glenn. Trish held an Associate of Applied Science in Medical Office Administration, Certificate of Proficiency in Medical Office Administration, Certificate of Proficiency in Medical Terminology and Technical Certificate in Medical Coding.

Donald Burton Timm

Donald Burton Timm, 95, of Benton passed away Sunday, April 24, 2011, at his home. 
He was born March 4, 1916, in Highmore, S.D., to the late Henry and Bertha Timm. 
Mr. Timm worked for Curtis Publishing Company in Sioux City, Iowa, and was general manager of Brandon Furniture in Hot Springs. He came from a musical family, played the oboe, and loved music. He played the oboe in the Sioux City Symphony in Iowa and the Hot Springs Community Band for over 20 years. He was also a member of the Hot Springs Sertoma Club.

William Alan Harris

William Alan Harris, 56, of Benton died Tuesday, April 26, 2011, at the Baptist Health Medical Center in Little Rock.
Alan was born March 25, 1955, in Little Rock to Austin and Georgia Harris. He was an avid fisherman and golfer and loved being with his family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Austin Harris.

Betty Ann Wilson

Betty Ann Wilson, 86, of Bryant went to be with the Lord on Monday, April 25, 2011.
She was born July 17, 1924, in Cassopolis, Mich., to the late Christopher Columbus Kay and Marguerite Purlee Kay.
She was a homemaker and member of Geyer Springs First Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and son, Charles Wilson.

Bonnie Lee Landers

Bonnie Lee Landers, 79, of Benton passed away Tuesday, April 26, 2011. 
She was born Jan. 20, 1932, in Salem to the late Samuel L. Shepherd and Floyce Thomas Shepherd. 
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Bob J. Landers.
She was a homemaker whose life revolved totally around her family. Mrs. Landers was a devoted wife, and loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Benton. 

Dorothy Rule Jones

Dorothy Rule Jones, 96, of Bryant passed away Monday, April 25, 2011. 
She was born Nov. 10, 1914, in Lonoke to the late Dr. E. Clifton Rule and Oma Harrell Rule. 
Mrs. Jones was a graduate of Pine Bluff High School. She attended Hendrix Collage and Galloway Girls School. Mrs. Jones married John Clayton Jones Sr. on Sept. 8, 1932, and he passed away on Feb. 11, 1977. She was a member of First United Methodist Church, Red Cross Volunteer, member of Junior League of Pine Bluff and a Life Master of Duplicate Bridge.

Clyde O’Neal Brown

Clyde O’Neal Brown, 91, of Benton passed away Wednesday, April 20, 2011, at Saline Memorial Hospital. 
He was born Oct. 14, 1919, in Beedeville to Joe and Hattie Brown.  
He was retired from the Union Pacific Railroad where he was a road master and held the title of supervisor of tracks. He was a member and deacon of Calvary Baptist Church and an avid gardener.
He is preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Kenneth and Sherman; and one son, Larry.

Donald Burton Timm, age 95, of Benton, passed away Sunday, April 24, 2011, at his home.  He was born on March 4, 1916, in Highmore, S.D., to the late Henry and Bertha Timm.

Joseph Cody Varnadore

Joseph Cody Varnadore, 24, of Bryant went to be with the Lord, Thursday, April 21, 2011.
He was a student at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and the University of Arkansas at Morrilton. He looked forward to a career in the oil and gas industry upon graduation in December. Cody enjoyed family, friends, outdoors, hunting and fishing and his dog, Chico.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, John Carl and Mildred Varnadore and Donald Joe Laseter; and friends, Drew Renfro and Heath Carpenter.

Theodore ‘Big Bear’ Sky-Eagle Sr.

Theodore “Big Bear” Sky-Eagle Sr. passed away April 23, 2011, in Little Rock.
Ted was born Jan. 27, 1932, to William Ambrose Sky-Eagle and Louretta May Hill Sky-Eagle. He was a member of Oak Grove Assembly of God Church. He was also a licensed minister with the Pentecostal Church of God. Ted was also a member of the Little Traverse Bay Bands of Odawa Indians.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a son, William Allen Sky-Eagle; four brothers; and eight sisters.
