Eddy Zeiter aka Akuma Twilight ‘Spirit’

Akuma Twilight ‘Spirit’ aka Eddy Zeiter 38, of Bauxite passed away on May 30. He was a very giving spirit who treated so many like family. He was known throughout his community for his giving and helpful nature. He would collect toys, and other household goods to distribute to the less fortunate. Though he did not have much himself, he always found something to give. He had a unique sense of humour and loved being a part of his community. He felt as if he belonged, and he loved living in Bauxite on his family property.

James Franklin Hendricks

James Franklin Hendricks, 77, of Benton passed away on June 17 with his family by his side.
Frank was born Aug. 30, 1934, to the late Jim and Ruby Hendricks in Bradford.  He was a member of Indian Springs Baptist Church for more than 20 years.  Frank had a passion for going on rock building missions where they would build churches.  He loved to hunt, fish, woodworking and working in his garden.  Mr. Hendricks retired after 24 years from IBM.
He was preceded in death by his parents.

Fran Leavelles

Fran Leavelles, 72, of Benton died Sunday, June 17, in Little Rock. She was born Dec. 12, 1939 in Brownfield, Texas.
Fran was a homemaker and a member of Rock Creek Church.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Ruth Johnson Green' and her husband, David Leavelles. 

Christopher Michael Patterson

Christopher Michael Patterson, 35, of Traskwood passed away June 17.  He was born March 9, 1977, in Malvern to Michael Curtis and Brenda Patterson.  Christopher was a member of Victory Baptist Church of Haskell and worked in construction.
He was preceded in death by his father, Michael Curtis Patterson.

Floyd Lee Bennett

Floyd Lee Bennett, 80, of Benton died Sunday, June 17.  He was born Oct. 20, 1931, in Oklahoma to the late James and Amanda Bennett.  Mr. Bennett was employed by Climax in Leadville, Col., from 1959 to 1973 and then worked at Alcoa from 1973 until his retirement in 1995.
He was a Korean War Army veteran and served as a firefighter for the Salem Volunteer Fire Department from 1976 to 1995. 
Mr. Bennett was preceded in death by his wife of 57 years, Ina Doris Bennett, his parents, two brothers and three sisters.
