Theda N. Tucker, 89, of Traskwood, passed away Feb. 5. She was born April 30, 1922 in Traskwood to the late William Dewey and Annie Lee Tull Westbrook. Theda was a member of the Traskwood United Methodist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, James Tucker, brothers, Verdis, Luke, Gene and Pete Hambrick, sisters, Mildred Cunningham and Angie Logan.
Wanda Louise Johnson, 69, of Mabelvale died Sunday, Feb. 5, in Little Rock. She was born July 16, 1942 in Back Gate. Wanda was a retired Private Care Nurse and a member of Alexander Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her father, Dee Hamilton, and a son, David H. Johnson III.
Barbara Ouzts Buie of Prattsville, was born May 12, 1944 in Natchitoches, Louisiana, the daughter of the late E.C. Ouzts and Pearl Stewart Langley. She was a member of Sweet Home Missionary Baptist Church in Prattsville. She loved to go to church, work in her yard and spend time with her family.
Mrs. Buie passed away Feb. 3, at UAMS at the age of 67.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Clayton Buie and a brother, Billy Ouzts.
Mark Steven Meeks, age 54, of Bryant, passed away Friday, January 27, 2012 at his home. He was born on December 28, 1957 in Camden, Arkansas. Mr. Meeks was a project architect with Cromwell Architects in Little Rock for over 21 years, was of Christian faith, and loved his family and granddaughter. He loved riding his Harley, was a member of the Unforgiven Militia Motorcycle Club, and was an exceptional artist.Â

He was preceded in death by his mother, Doris (Garner) Meeks.

Sarah (Betty) Green Talbert, age 85, of Little Rock, formerly of Sardis, passed away Friday, January 27, 2012. She was born January 13, 1927 in Jeffersonville, Indiana. Mrs. Talbert was a homemaker and a member of Primrose Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Willie J. Poe; husband, William Darrell Green, Sr. and a sister, Margaret Dobson.

Dorothy J. Smith, 89 of Sardis, passed away Friday, Feb. 3, in Little Rock. She was born on June 20, 1922 in Little Rock, Arkansas to Dewey Crook and Flossie Wilkerson -Crook.
She is preceded in death by her husband Clyde E. Smith, a daughter Janice Elaine Markham, her parents and one brother and one sister.
She is survived by her daughters Brenda Bearden of Sardis and Linda Murray of Alexander; sons Ronald Smith of Alexander, Larry Smith of Lexa, Darrell Smith of Palm Springs, CA;, and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren and other relatives.
Ralph Edward Wright, 68, of Haskell, passed away Thursday, Feb. 2. He was born April 22, 1943 in Bauxite. Mr. Wright was a U. S. Army Veteran. He was preceded in death by his parents, Marlin and Bertha Wright; three sisters, Shirley Bradley, Billie June Horvath and Juanita Jacobs and a brother, Joe Wayne Wright.
He is survived by his wife, Betty Wright; two sons, William Wright and wife Katie and Dale Wright and wife Shanna; daughter, Brenda Wright; three brothers, Alfred, Kay and Ray Wright; nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Avert Wesley Isham, 74, of Benton went to be with the Lord Feb. 2. He was born September 13, 1937 in Greenbrier to Armour and Arzilla Isham.Â
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Aaron Isham and two grandsons, Gary Isham, Jr. and Wyatt Isham.

Annie Mae Perry, 83, of Benton, passed away Feb. 1. She was born June 17, 1928 in Bonita, Louisiana to the late Hugo and Una Porter Buffington. Annie Mae was a member of Grape Chapel Church of God in Benton.Â
She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Helen Fluker.Â
She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Clayton Perry of Benton, sons, Jodie Perry and wife, Sandra of Monroe, Louisiana, Mart Perry of Ball, Louisiana, daughter, Patricia Perry of Thibodaux, Louisiana, three grandchildren, five great grandchildren and six great great grandchildren.Â
Vonda Stiles Mashburn, of Simpson, Louisiana, passed away on Friday, Jan.13, at her residence. She was born on September 20, 1930 in Lonsdale to George W. and Mittie Crabb Stiles.
Vonda was preceded in death by her husband, James O. Mashburn and son, John Lowrance; sisters, Leatha French, Donna Zuvela, Lottie Parnell, Grace Martin, Velma Turner, Naomi Turner, Otholene Stiles, and Myrtle Styles and brothers, Vilous, Winfred, and Elmer Stiles.
She is survived by daughter, Linda Martin; son, James Mashburn; eight grandchildren, and eight grand-grandchildren.
