Paul Mansfield, 71, of Benton, died July 23, 2014 after a full life of joy and happiness with his family, church members, and many friends he met in retail store management.  He was born on March 20, 1943 in Bauxite, to Clarence and Edna Mansfield. Paul was a member of Smith Street church of Christ.

Stanley Rhea Haley

Stanley Rhea Haley, 80, of Benton, passed away July 23, 2014. He was born December 12, 1933 in Scott, to the late Lamar and Mabel Rhea Haley.

Glenn Eugene Ford

July 22, 2014

Glenn Eugene Ford, 87, of Hot Springs passed away Saturday, July 2019, 2014.
He was born Nov. 26, 1926, to the late Lonnie and Myrtle Emaline Ford.
Glenn started his teaching career at Lakeside School. He later moved to Fountain Lake, where he served as a teacher, elementary school principal and superintendent.
Glenn was also the assistant food director for the state, principal of Rural Dale School and principal of Howard Perrin Elementary School.
He was a veteran of World War II and the Korean War. Glenn was also a member and past deacon of Center Hill Missionary Baptist Church.

Betty Sue Dixon Jones

Betty Sue Dixon Jones of Benton went to be with her Lord on Friday, July 18, 2014.
She was born in the Richwoods community near Arkadelphia to G.C. “Shorty” and Nellie Callaway Dixon. 
Betty was a professor at Henderson State University, teaching in the School of Business for many years. While in Arkadelphia, she was very active with Second Baptist Church, Park Hill Baptist Church and the Red River Baptist Association.
After retiring to the Benton area, she served on the Executive Board of the T.W. Hunt Ministries and was an active member of First Southern Baptist Church in Bryant.
