Tina Yvonne Friemel

Tina Yvonne Friemel, 54 of Benton, passed away Dec. 23, 2014. She was born March 1, 1960 in San Diego, California to James Frank and Sharon Colby Hill.
She enjoyed scrapbooking, reading and crafts. Tina was heavily involved in church activities for her entire life.  She was a member of Calvary Nazarene Church in Little Rock for twenty-nine years where she was a children’s Sunday School Teacher and played the piano.
Tina was preceded in death by one sister, Tonya Baldwin. 

Martin Wilbur Tull

Martin Wilbur Tull, 65, of Oak Ridge, Tennessee, passed away Sunday, Dec. 21, 2014 at his home.  He was born July 27, 1949 in Benton, the son of James Martin Tull  and Patsy Dobbs Tull.  He received his bachelor’s degree in physics from Ouachita Baptist University in Arkansas. Martin was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Oak Ridge and participated in three mission trips to Africa. Martin was also active with ADFAC and had served on their board of directors. He enjoyed woodworking, astronomy and was a hobbyist blacksmith.
Martin was preceded in death by his parents and wife.

Helen Cummings Haltom

December 24, 2014

Helen Cummings Haltom, 82, of Malvern, formerly of Little Rock, passed away Saturday, Dec. 20, 2014.
She was born Oct. 12, 1932, in Humphrey, the daughter of Floyd and Elsie West Nelson.
Helen loved her family and grandkids and was of the Pentecostal faith.
In addition to her parents, Helen was preceded in death by the father of her children, Irvin Cummings; her second husband, Homer Haltom; and a sister, Shirley Nelson.
