Samuel H. “Sam” Daggett, 77, of Orange, Texas passed away Sunday, June 26, at Christus Hospital - St. Elizabeth in Beaumont, Texas.
Funeral Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Claybar Funeral Home Chapel in Orange, Texas. Officiating will be Rev. Barry Bradley, pastor of First Baptist Church. Burial will follow at Orange Forest Lawn Cemetery in West Orange, Texas.
A gathering time of family and friends to share memories will be from 5 p.m. - 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Marjorie Ball Cathey

Marjorie Ball Cathey, 81, of North Little Rock, passed away Monday, May 30. She was a retired Customer Service Representative for Control Data Corporation and a member of North Little Rock Missionary Baptist Church.
She is survived by her son, David Cathey of Little Rock; daughter, Martha Diane Cathey of Cabot; four grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

Alberta Harris, 74, of Bryant, passed away June 24. She was born October 3, 1936, in Glenwood, to the late Elbert and Loka Barrett. She was a member of Calvary Assembly of God Church.
Alberta was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Chester Harris, Sr., and granddaughter, Abigail Lynn Cox, and sisters, Icie Harris and Binnie Hendrix.

Carmon Woodrow Hulsey

Carmon Woodrow Hulsey, 94, of Benton, passed away June 23.  He was born March 4, 1917 in Sayre, Alabama to the late William and Pearl Hulsey.  Carmon was a Pipe Fitter for Reynolds Metal Company, member of Calvary Baptist Church of Benton, Benton Lodge 34 and a  Army Veteran of World War II.
 He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and two grandchildren.

John Warren Page, 63, of Benton, passed away June 22, 2011.  He was born January 29, 1948 in Morrison, Illinois to the late Beverly W. and Barbara Page.  John’s passion was singing with Barber Shop Quartets.
 Survivors, brother, James S. Page and wife, Carole of Spring, Texas, sisters, Pamela Fjeld-Hansen and husband, Jan of The Woodlands, Texas, Patricia Luers and husband, Dennis of Grapevine, Texas.
 Cremation arrangements were through Ashby Funeral Home.Memorial services will be held at a later date.

Claudia Gould Davis Walker, 74, of Enola, formally of Bauxite, passed away June 20, 2011. She was born December 17, 1936, in Bauxite to the late Claude and Bertha Davis. Claudia was an assistant trust officer for Arizona Bank of Phoenix. She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Marilyn Shelton.
Survivors are her husband, Bob Walker of Enola, daughter, Wanda Jensen and husband, Drew of Arizona, brothers, Rex and Ray Davis of Benton and two grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, July 2, at Bauxite Cemetery.

Jodie Jones, Jr., 82, recently passed away.
A graveside service will be held today at 1 p.m. at Evergreen East Cemetery in El Paso, Texas.
He is survived by his wife, Dorothy Jones; sons, Tommy Jones (Cindy) and John Heslep; daughter, Patricia Ann Blue; and sister, Virginia Alexander.
Arrangements are by Hillcrest Funeral Home.

James David Dollins, age 62 of Benton, died on June 17. James was born in Paris, Texas on July 26, 1948, to his parents, James and Marrianne Dollins.
He is survived by his loving wife, Nita, of 18 years and has family in Texas and Australia. James was a Navy Veteran, having served in Vietnam and is now at peace.
