Helen Marie Shelnut, 83, of Maumelle died Sunday, June 3. She was born April 29, 1929, in Lonsdale.
Helen was a retired cosmetologist and a Baptist.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ted and Gladys Warford; and a grandson, Cody Dobbins.
Bonnie Louise Cramer, 91, of Benton passed away Monday, June 4.Â She was born May 16, 1921 in Benton.
Mrs. Cramer was a member of the Antioch Christian Church and the Garden Club.Â
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ira and Mitti Duvall; her husband, Ernest Cramer; a son-in-law, Benjamin Barber; a brother, Chester DuVall; and a sister, Edna Lance.
Cheryl Annette Callahan, 56, of Bryant, passed away May 30.Â She was born August 8, 1955 in Pasadena, Texas to the late Granville (Buddy) and Bobbie Benedict Callahan.Â CherylÂ was of the Baptist faith, worked as a Dental Assistant and enjoyed coordinating the Tuesday night dances at the Benton Senior Adult Center.
She is survived by her son, Jason Domerese of Bryant, brother, Wayne Callahan and wife, Diane of Rogers, sister Linda Verwiebe and husband, Andy of Clarksville, grandson, Dane Domerese of Bryant.
Rogie Dale "Ducky" Garrett, 51, of Paron, passed away May 30.Â He was born July 11, 1960 in Benton to Rogie and Pat Garrett.Â Rogie loved to hunt and fish and will be missed by all.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Gerald Garrett.
He is survived by his sons, Clint Garrett and wife, Kelli of Benton, Chad Garrett of Paron, parents, Rogie Garrett of Paron and Pat Garrett of Benton, sister, Leassie Isom of Paron, grandchildren, Cami, Cantrell and Cole Garrett.
Dick Calvert, 66, of Benton, passed away on Friday, June 1.Â He was born August 21, 1945 in Pine Bluff.Â Dick served as a State Farm agent in Saline County for 38 years.Â He wanted to express his gratitude to all of his policy holders and customers for their loyalty and friendship over the years.Â Dick was a member of the Presidentâ€™s Club, Chairman Circle and Bronze Tablet.Â He enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time with family and friends.Â Dick was a member of First United Methodist Church in Bryant.Â
William Robert Reaves, 66 of Bryant went home to be with the Lord on Monday, May 28, with his family by his side. He was born on March 9, 1946 to the late, William and Roxie Reaves in Ferda. Robert enjoyed hunting, fishing, singing and camping. He was a song writer and played the upright bass. Robert was a member of Lighthouse Church of Benton. He was a dedicated husband, father and grandfather.
He is preceded in death by his parents; brother-in-law, Roger Dale Sims; two nephews, Darrell Cullipher and Jon Jon Higgins and a very special friend, Pearl Fields.
Linda Annmarie White, 63, of Benton passed away Sunday, May 27.
Linda was born Feb. 10, 1949, in Little Rock, to the late Sylvester and Jewel Haire. .
Mrs. White never met a stranger; she was a very loving and giving person. She attended Mt. Zion Baptist Church when she was able. Linda and her husband enjoyed helping feed those persons in need.
She was preceded in death by several siblings.
Linda is survived by her husband of 20 years, Jimmy D. White of Benton; stepchildren Jimmy, Jr., Kenneth, Angela, Daman, and Traciel; and many grandchildren.
Aiden Michael Lambert, 8, of Glen Rose passed away Monday, May 28.
He was born Sept. 22, 2003, in Little Rock, the son of Jason Vinyard and Lauren Lambert.
Aiden had just completed the second grade at Glen Rose Elementary School.Â He was a member of the Benton Baseball Association, Mt. Zion AWANA and attended Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church.Â Aiden enjoyed fishing with his brother and being on the farm.
He was preceded in death by his great-grandparents, Dewey and Margaret Lambert and great-great-grandfather, Buster Cheatham.
Alice Tudor Glover, 55, of Benton passed away Friday, May 25, in Benton.Â She was born April 3, 1957 in Little Rock to Louis and Erma Tudor.Â
Mrs. Glover was a member of Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church and actively involved in various community charities and activities in Benton.Â She spent more than 30 years as a beloved and dedicated second-grade school teacher at Caldwell Elementary School in Benton.Â
She was preceded in death by her mother-in-law, Jeanne Glover.Â
Willie Pauline Harris, 96, of Lonsdale, passed away May 28.Â She was born Aug. 26, 1915, in Saline County to the late Marshall and Della Shelton Gentry.Â Mrs. Harris was a homemaker and a member of Owensville Baptist Church.Â
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 65 years, Royce Vernon Harris; a brother, Robert Gentry; and a sister, Vivian Brooks.Â
