Shirley Ann Rule

Shirley Ann Rule, 83, of Benton, went home to her Heavenly father on Jan. 12, 2015. 
She was born Sept. 4, 1931 in St. Louis, Missouri to the late Palmer and Lucille Richeson Kemp. Shirley was a member of the Eastern Star for 23 years.
She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Delores Crowley, Betty Shadwick, Thelma Jarrard, Joyce Holleman; and grandson, Christopher Matt.

Wallace Chester Horton

Wallace Chester Horton of Sheridan, was born April 12, 1924 in Oden to the late James Chester and Rillie Strain Horton. He was a retired sheet metal worker for Ketcher Company and had served in the United States Army having fought in both World War II as well as the Korean War. He was a faithful member of First Landmark Missionary Baptist Church in Sheridan where he served as usher.

Dustin Michael Hardester

Dustin Michael Hardester, 31, of Mabelvale, passed away on Jan. 10, 2015.
He was born on March 30, 1983 in Little Rock to his mother, Kimberly Hardester and his grandparents, Bobby and Judy Hardester.
Dustin was an avid outdoorsman and loved hunting, fishing and mudding. He also enjoyed going to the lake and being on the water; but most of all, spending time with his friends and family.
Uncle D. is preceded in death by his dad, Bobby Hardester.

Marlys Ann Canfield

Marlys Ann Canfield, 81, of Benton, died Jan. 10, 2015. She was born July 14, 1933 in Munising, Michigan to the late John and Jenny Sandburg Carlson.
She was survived by her husband of 60 years, Charles Marcus Canfield of Benton; daughters, Kathleen Yonts, Leeann Rook and Charlotte Canfield, all of Benton; grandchildren, Steve Kendall Traylor Jr, Meleaha Mills and Sarah Loobey; numerous great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson.
The memorial service will be 6 p.m., Thursday, Jan. 15, at Calvary Chapel in Bauxite.
