James Benjamin Ezell Jr.

James Benjamin Ezell Jr., 86, of Benton, died Aug. 22, 2014. He was born June 9, 1928, in Gorgas, Ala., to James Benjamin Ezell and Lucille Hurn Ezell.
He graduated from the University of North Alabama in Florence, Ala., in 1951 with a degree in chemistry, biology, and psychology, and worked for Reynolds Metals in Sheffield, Ala., for two years before serving in the U.S. Army during the Korean War.

Bennie Sue Parsons

Bennie Sue Parsons, 70, of Alexander arrived at her heavenly home on Tues. Aug 12, 2014. She was born in Nashville, Ark on July 17, 1944 to the late Ira Alton and Gladys Mae Robertson. She had retired in 2011 from Sysco Arkansas to spend more time with her family and only grandson.
She is preceded in death by her parents and one nephew.

John Fred Chunn Sr.

John Fred Chunn Sr. of Benton passed from this life unto a better one at the age of 68 on Saturday, Aug. 23, 2014.
Fred was an artist, master carpenter, eloquent calligraphist and a loving husband, dad, grandad, brother, uncle and friend. He retired from Dassault Falcon Jet in August 2011. He was born in Weatherford, Texas, on June 26, 1946.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Nadine Halcombe Hixon of Arkadelphia and Curtis Wilson Chunn of Bridgeport, Texas.

Katherine Danielle Palludan

Katherine Danielle Palludan 21, of Bryant, passed away Aug. 17, 2014, after multiple heart surgeries. Her parents were by her side at the time.
Katherine was born on Oct. 30, 1992, to Philip and Deborah Palludan in Little Rock. She attended UALR and walked magna cum laude with a bachelor's degree in Anthropology.
Katherine worked as an educator for the Museum of Discovery in Little Rock, where she loved to teach children about science and all of the fun and mysterious aspects of the world.
