Rosalind Coleman of Mabelvale was arrested Saturday for driving while intoxicated and endangering the welfare of a minor.
Deputy Danny Rucker of the Saline County Sheriff's Office made the arrest after responding to a call that a woman and a baby were sitting inside a grey Dodge van parked on a vacant parking lot off Chicot Road.
Rucker said both appeared to be asleep at the time of his arrival.
Rucker said he knocked on the window and the woman awakened. He asked her to roll down the window and she did.
The teenager previously charged with manslaughter in connection with a "hill-jumping" accident that caused the death of an 18-year-old Benton man has been back in court on unrelated charges.
Charles K. Sadler, 18, of Bryant appeared in a bond hearing Monday in District Court. In that proceeding, Judge Mike Robinson did not set bond for Sadler, saying it was "because of his age."
Sadler's manslaughter charge stems from the Aug. 4 accident in which Tylor Wright died.

â€¢Officers were called to an incident on Brookview Drive, related to a child visitation dispute between the parents of the children.
â€¢A resident of Terry Street reported an individual had trespassed on his property.
â€¢Mailbox damage was reported b a resident of Concord Street.
â€¢A resident on Sunset Street reported the theft of four automobile rims and tires from her backyard. A neighbor reported having seen a red truck with a Razorback license plate parked in from of the reported residence in the hours prior to the theft.
The 2014 Saline County Fair Association will be offering something new at this year's fair: The first bull riding competition on Thursday evening, Sept 14.
This event is scheduled for 8 p.m. at Thomas Arena at the fairgrounds.
Mollie Wright, a spokesperson for the fair board, said the bull-riding event will "showcase both novice and experienced riders from all over looking to ride a bull."
