Dorothy Lee Lybrand, 75, of Henderson, Texas, passed away on April 26, 2014 at her home.
She was born Oct. 28, 1938, in Little Rock to the late Jay Christopher Sutton and Clydia Diehl Sutton.
Dorothy was a homemaker and enjoyed painting by numbers, working puzzles, reading and spending time with her church family and grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, W. Dee Lybrand, who passed away on March 13, 1987.
Melvin Lee Hill, 79 of Paron, went to be with the Lord on April 28, 2014, with his family by his side.
Mr. Hill was born Dec. 9, 1934, in Paron to his parents Sam and Mary Hill. He was an avid fisherman and hunter and had a general love for the outdoors. He enjoyed gardening and being a Mason, where he enjoyed the job of cooking fish for the Paron Masonic Lodge fish fry.
Melvin was a member of North Fork Baptist Church. He was a very sharp-witted man and was a true joy to spend time with.
Mr. Hill was preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Allie Merle Hill.

The Racine Scouts (formally the Racine Explorer Scouts) Drum and Bugle Corps is an Open Class (formerly Divisions II & III) competitive junior drum and bugle corps. Based in Racine, Wisconsin, the corps competes in Drum Corps International sanctioned shows. The Racine Scouts, nicknamed the "Chrome Domes", is the oldest continuously active junior drum and bugle corps in North America.
