Bill Brotherton Jr., 69, of Benton passed away Monday, March 12, 2012, at Saline Memorial Hospice House in Bryant.
He was born May 5, 1942, in Bauxite to the late William E. Brotherton Sr. and Arie Green.
Mr. Brotherton was a disc jockey in his early years and worked at the Arkansas Health Center for 35 years.
He was an avid fan of the Razorbacks, St. Louis Cardinals, and Bauxite Miners.
He is survived by his wife, Judy Harvill Brotherton of Benton; a daughter, Amanda D. Brotherton and her fiance, Chris Wainscott of Benton; sisters-in-law, Wanda Harvill Robinson and Karen Harvill (James) of Benton; a brother-in-law, James Harvill of Benton; nephews, Kelly (Paula) Harvill of Benton and James (Sheri) Harvill of Little Rock; a grandchild, Kyle Lewis of Benton; great-nieces, Jesi and Makenzi Harvill of Benton' and his beloved pets, Shorty and Grandpup Lulu.
A memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. Saturday evening, March 17, in the chapel of Roller-Ballard Funeral Home (315-4047) officiated by the Revs. Vance Nutt and Kim Hammer.Â Visitation will be held from 6 to 7 p.m. (one hour prior to service).
