Climate change campaigners set up their hamlet in Kent, southern England, trying to set an example in the shadow of a coal power station. Much of the local news coverage of the week-long Climate Camp in Kent, southern England has centred on the relations between protesters and police. Climate camp activists are planning a day of mass action against nearby Kingsnorth Power station on Saturday August 9th.
