Body identified as missing Hot Springs Village mother

January 3, 2012

Dawna Jeanne Natzke, 46, was mother of three boys.

The body discovered submerged in a pond in Garland County on Dec. 31 has been officially identified as Dawna Jeanne Natzke, a mother missing from Hot Springs Village since Dec. 21. Lt. James Martin of the Garland County Sheriff's Office said an autopsy was not completed, therefore the cause of Natzke's death, nor the time of her death, was available as of press time. He also said though the Garland County Sheriff's Office have all along "considered (Natzke's) disappearance as suspicious," he was hesitant to say if there is foul play in the death of Natzke or if any persons are being considered a suspect, until the cause of her death is officially determined.
