Brandon Lee Crookham

Brandon Lee Crookham, 12, of Haskell, passed away Sunday, Nov. 20.  He was born April 30, 1999, in Benton.
Brandon was a seventh-grader in the Harmony Grove School District, where he played football and baseball and was in the band. He was a member of New Life Assembly of God in Haskell. 
He is survived by his mother and father, Clyde and Vanessa Crookham; grandparents, Jerry and Jackie Flannery, Buck Buchanan, Wanda Hurlson, Clyde and Donna Crookham and Agnes Crookham; brothers, Jack, Sam, Austin and Zachary Crookham; aunts and uncles, Elijah and Robin Buchanan, Lara and Tony Sams, Gerry Glidewell, Anna and Dennis Crawford, Teheresa Failla, Charles and Lynn Failla, Eugene Fulcher, Katie Brasel and Sherry and John Skorupski; cousins, Alizah and Alexus Buchanan, Olivia, Laren and Anthony Sams, Sean Abbott, Les, Jason and Randy Pelton, Denise Crawford, Andrea Martin and husband, Michael, Dusty Crawford and wife, Claudia, Michael Failla, Laurie Cooper, Chuck Bragg, Sky Owens, Katie and Andrew Baka, L. John Failla, Shawn Griffin and Sarah Hightower. 
Brandon’s special family includes Brad and Julie Hicks, Angela and Nathan Richmond, LeaAnn Traylor, Robert and Christina Fowler, Darren Motley and Shannon Welsh; and cousins, Brody Williams, Ryan and Nicole Richmond, Austin Traylor, Brandon and Hunter Williams and Jordan and Austin Fowler.
Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 23, at Ashby Funeral Home. Visitation will be held preceding the service from noon to 1 p.m.
Burial will follow at Mt. Harmony Cemetery. 
Family comments:  Brandon was very kind and loved life.  He was a friend to everyone he met.  Brandon loved football, fishing, video games, Mamaw, Granny, Aunt T.C., all family and friends, the Dallas Cowboys and the Razorbacks.
