Brenda Kay Lincoln

Brenda Kay Lincoln, 66, of Benton went to be with her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, Dec. 3, 2013.
She was born Oct. 24, 1947, in Texarkana, Texas, to the late Earl Franklin Nelson and Julia Faye Barlow Nelson.
Brenda was an active member of Northside Church of Christ, where she was instrumental in starting the church day care school. She also spent 30-plus years working in numerous positions at the church camp and was active with the church food pantry.
She is survived by her husband of 45 years, Philip Lincoln of Benton; her sons, Craig Lincoln and wife Holli and Bill Lincoln; a brother, Jimmy Nelson; a sister and brother-in-law, Phyllis and Dan Bookout; and a grandson, Matthew Lincoln.
A celebration of life will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 7, at Northside Church of Christ with Jim Gardner, Joel Lewis, and Mike Knappier officiating.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Corin Read Camp Fund, in care of Northside Church of Christ, 917 N. East St., Benton, AR 72015.
