Buddy A. Dewberry

Buddy A. Dewberry, 72, of Haskell died Saturday, Sept. 3.

He was born April 3, 1939, in Arkansas County. He was a retired machinist and was a member of the Church of God.

He was preceded in death by his parents, William C. and Velma Morris Dewberry; and a brother, Jimmy Dewberry.

He is survived by his wife of 22 years, Jean Dewberry of Haskell; four sons, Bill Dewberry and wife Catherine of Bauxite, Robert A. Dewberry and wife Cathy of Salem, Sandy Dryman and wife Dusty of Haskell and Bubba Harrell and wife Mittie of Texas; four daughters, Charlotte Derrick and husband Donald of Glen Rose, Lynnette Seilkop and husband Jonathan of Florida, Gloria Jerman and husband Leo of Chicago and Minnie Lewis of Texas; a brother, Harold Dewberry of Greers Ferry; 11 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. today, Tuesday, Sept. 6, at Ashby Funeral Home followed by burial at Mt. Harmony Cemetery. Rodney Morris will be the officiating minister.

 Visitation was held Monday at the funeral home.
