Carla Jay Manning, 20, of Benton passed away on Saturday, Nov. 24. She recently graduated from Remington College as a medical assistant and X-ray technician. She was a member of Glad Tidings Landmark Missionary Baptist Church in Pangburn.
She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Carl Manning.
She is survived by her loving son, Bryce Aiden Drennon, who was the light of her life; her loving parents, Roy Manning and Brenda and Alan Garrett; her grandparents, Cozette Manning of Bauxite and Moncie and J T Wills of Benton; two brothers, Allen Manning of Benton and Joshua Garrett of Pangburn; and one sister; Hannah Garrett of Murfreesboro, Tenn., as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins who loved her so much.
Funeral service is scheduled for 11 a.m. Friday, Nov. 30, at Dial and Dudley Funeral Home on Highway 5 North in Bryant. Burial will follow at Social Hill Cemetery.
Visitation is set from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 29, at Dial and Dudley Funeral Home.
