Carolyn Greene

Carolyn Greene, 75, passed away March 9 in Hot Springs Village. She was born Feb. 19, 1938, to Larkin and Ida (Benson) Gardner in Hampton.
Carolyn was retired from state government after many years of service, which included serving as an investment manager for Arkansas State Treasurer Jimmie Lou Fisher.
Carolyn was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, JT Gardner; and one sister, Anita Rigal.
She is survived by her husband of 52 years Ralph J. Greene; a daughter, Tracy New and husband Jason; and grandchildren, Kara and Hunter Amato of Benton; nieces, Patti Rigal of West Monroe, La., and Linda Branch of Holly Ridge, La.; a nephew Jimmy Rigal of West Monroe; and other family members and friends.
Funeral service is scheduled for 2 p.m. Thursday, March 14, at Mountainside Methodist Church in Hot Springs Village. Burial will follow at CedarVale Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, March 13. at CedarVale Funeral Home in Hot Springs Village.
