Clarence E. 'Buck' Drennan

Clarence E. “Buck” Drennan, 87, of Malvern passed away Friday, Feb. 7, 2014 at Alcoa Pines Nursing Home in Benton. 
He was born June 6, 1926, in Benton to the late Johnny Joseph “Purt” and Ada Jenkins Drennan. 
Mr. Drennan previously retired from Alcoa as a sheet metal mechanic and foreman and was of the Baptist faith.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two wives, Wanda Lee Cloud and Sue Rayburn; and two brothers, Leonard and Alfred “Hoot” Drennan.
Survivors include his son, Johnny Lilburn Drennan and wife Martha of Malvern; two sisters-in-law, Eloise Swayze of Benton and Nadine Drennan of Little Rock; two grandchildren, Luke Drennan and Lisa Deckard; four great-grandchildren, Mike Laurent, Chris Minor, Jesse Curry, and Randee Curry; one great-great granddaughter, Lillie Laurent; and other relatives and friends.
Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 12, 2014, at Roller-Ballard Funeral Home (315-4047) with Brother Horace Gray and Brother Terry Sayers officiating.  Burial will follow at New Rosemont Memorial Park in Benton. 
Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 11, at the funeral home.
