Benton Police Department
•Officers responded to a verbal disturbance on Hiland Place.
•An employee at Best Buy reported two individuals used forged checks to purchase items that were later returned.
•Officers responded to a welfare concern at the Fountain Lake Apartments.
•Mario Wright of Little Rock was arrested on Pleasant Willow for an outstanding warrant out of North Little Rock, public intoxication and possession of a controlled substance.
•Jill Hutchins of Benton was arrested on Commerce Street for driving while intoxicated, refusal to submit to testing, driving left of center and no turn signal given.
•Kristopher Hughes of Benton was arrested at Neeley/Hoover streets for possession of methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia and a warrant out of Saline County.
•Candace Korejko of Benton was arrested for obstruction of governmental operations, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of methamphetamine and possession of marijuana.
