Friday
•A man on Columbia Avenue reported his vehicle was stolen.
•A woman on Church Street reported an individual attempted to break into her vehicle.
•Shelia Smith, 55, of Benton was arrested at Walmart and charged with shoplifting. She was also named in two active warrants.
•Cara Head, 42, of Traskwood was arrested at Dollar General on Military Road and charged with shoplifting. She was also named in two outstanding warrants.
•Sam Buchanan, 60, of Benton was arrested on Cox Street and charged with domestic battery.
•Several residents on Denton Street reported their vehicles had been spray-painted.
•Casey Dillard, 31, of Benton was arrested on Burton Street and charged with domestic battery.

Saturday
•Leah Morrison, 29, of Benton was arrested on South Main Street and charged with driving while intoxicated.
•A woman on Rocky Mountain Road reported an individual attempted to break into her residence.
•A woman on North Fourth Street reported her license plate had been spray-painted.
•A man on North Fourth Street reported his vehicle had been spray-painted.
•Daniel Dickerson, 28, of Benton was arrested on Scott Salem Road and charged with domestic battery. During the same incident, Megan Dunn, 19, of Benton was arrested at the same address and cited for domestic battery.
•A man on South Second Street reported his vehicle was spray-painted.
•Christy Nichols, 42, of Benton was arrested at Walmart and charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and public intoxication.
•A woman at Tinseltown reported an individual damaged her vehicle.

Sunday
•Christopher Vanderhost, 28, of Benton was arrested on Gattin Road and charged with driving while intoxicated.
•Timothy Jones, 30, of Benton was arrested on Lillian Street and charged with public intoxication.
•Charles Samples, 20, of Benton was arrested on Interstate 30 and charged with public intoxication, criminal mischief and criminal trespassing.
•Layton Davis, 25, of Benton was arrested on Fifth Street and charged with driving while intoxicated.
•The owner of Hobo Joe's Shaved Ice reported a break-in at the stand.
•A man on Autumnwood Drive reported his vehicle had been spray painted.
•Fredrick Maloney, 37, of Rainer, Mass., was arrested at Murphy USA and charged with public intoxication.

Monday
•Maylea Richmond, 23, of Traskwood was arrested on Edison Avenue and charged with public intoxication.

•A woman on Lilac Drive reported her food stamp card was used without her permission.

Saturday
•A woman on West Kildeer Road reported a theft.
•A woman on Chicot Acres reported her washer and dryer were stolen.
•A man on Arkansas 229 reported a theft.
•A woman on Samples Road reported a man threatened to kill her mother.
•A man on Graham Road reported he received telephone threats from someone using an unknown number.

•A man on Chicot Road reported his vehicle was stolen.
•A woman on North Drive reported her ex-husband was threatening her.
•A man on Lana Lane reported a person threatened him.
•A man on Rice Road reported a break-in.
•A man on Springdale Road reported his gun was stolen.

Monday
•A woman on Highway 167 reported her vehicle was stolen.
•A woman on Shuffield Drive reported an individual shot her horse.
•A woman on Season Road reported a man threatened her.

Benton Fire Department
Benton firefighters responded to a cooking fire, a trash fire, six rescue calls, seven medical calls, three motor vehicle accidents and two calls to assist individuals.

Bryant Fire Department
Bryant firefighters responded to 21 medical calls, four motor vehicle accidents, two fire alarms, two illegal burns, a call to assist another department and a fence on fire.
