David Eugene Brumley

David Eugene Brumley, 71, of Benton, passed away Sept. 18. He was born June 16, 1940 in Shreveport, La., to Deverett and Mary Alice Brumley.
David lived a full life and loved his family and friends.  He was an active member of the Saline County Moose Lodge and a pro-golfer for many years.  David enjoyed fishing and hunting. 
He was preceded in death by his father, Deverett Brumley.
He is survived by his wife, Pat Brumley of Benton; his mother, Mary Alice Brumley of Benton; five daughters, Rosemary Tarver of St. Petersburg, Fla., and husband Marvin, Dawn Brumley of Bryant, Tammy Parker and husband Todd of Benton, Debbie Brooks and husband, Jason, Florida and Mimi Brumley of Memphis, Tenn.; a brother, John Brumley of Houston, Texas; a sister, Diane Mattison of Benton; four grandchildren, Eric Slatton, Kevin Schneible, Dalton Parker and Zayne Parker.
A memorial service will be held from 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 25, at 11909 Pine Meadows Drive, Benton.
Cremation was through Ashby Funeral Home.
