David Melton Eubanks

David Melton Eubanks, 63, of Benton, passed away Thursday, July 12.
He was born Dec. 5, 1948, in Pine Bluff. David was retired. He was a Navy veteran and served on the USS Constellation during the Vietnam War, serving from 1967 to 1970.  He was a member of the Disabled American Veterans and of the Baptist Faith. 
David was preceded in death by his father, Leon R. Eubanks; and four siblings, Momi Eubanks, John W. Huff, Leon R. Eubanks Jr. and Roger A. Eubanks.
He is survived by his son, David Melton Eubanks II of Spring, Texas; a daughter, Sherry Elliott of Malvern; his mother, Mary Huff Eubanks of Benton; a sister, Renita McDaniel and husband Don of Benton; his great-uncle, Bill Huff of Bellflower, Calif.; two grandchildren, David Melton Eubanks III and Catherine Haley Eubanks; and numerous nieces and nephews that he loved dearly.
A memorial services will be held at noon Monday, July 16, at the Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery in North Little Rock.
