Dwight Caldwell Sr.

Dwight Caldwell Sr., 66, of Dickson, Tenn., passed away Saturday, March 3, at Baptist Hospital in Nashville.  He was a native of Bradford, and was preceded in death by his mother, Wilma Bryant Caldwell. 
Dwight was a member of the Benton Masonic Lodge, a former minister of music for the Forest Hills Missionary Baptist Church in Benton, a retired certified property manager, and a and a member of First Baptist Church in Dickson, Tenn.
He is survived by his wife, Norma Caldwell of Dickson, TN; son, Dwight Caldwell and wife Angie of Benton; a daughter, Monica Irving and husband Jeff of Sumter, S.C.; his father, Headlee Caldwell of Benton; a sister, Betty Philamlee and husband Jim of Starkville, Miss.; and four grandchildren, Rhett Caldwell, Jake Caldwell, Abigail Irving and Elisabeth Irving. 
Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Friday, March 9, at Roller-Ballard Funeral Home in Benton (501-315-4047) with the Rev. Glenn Tropp officiating. Burial will follow at New Rosemont Memorial Park in Benton.
The family will receive friends from 5 to 8 p.m., Thursday, March 8, at the funeral home.
