Earl Monroe Osburn

Earl Monroe Osburn, 89, of Benton; passed away Saturday, January 26.  He was born February 18, 1923 in Schaberg.  Mr. Osburn was a member of the First Pentecostal Church of Bryant where he was a Deacon and retired from truck driving after 47 years. 
He was preceded in death by his parents, Oliver and Mary Belle Osburn; four brothers, Johnny and Robert Osburn and Gene and Leroy Thurber and a sister, Mandy McNeal.
He is survived by his wife, Helen Marie Osburn; three sons, Kenneth Earl Osburn and wife, Nona, Ronald Glen Osburn and wife, Cindy and Albert Steven Osburn; eight grandchildren; twenty-four great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Memorial services will be 6 p.m. Wednesday, January 30 at Ashby Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, the family request contributions to be made to the Arkansas Children’s Hospital Burn Center.
