Eva Dell Schaal, 76, died Sept. 13, in Benton.
She was born March 26, 1936, to Andrew Clark Keys Sr. and Gertrude Gogel in Oklahoma City, Okla.
She was of the Baptist faith and a member of the Order of Eastern Star. She was a retired nurse and a member of the Nurses Association.
Eva was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband, Gus Schaal.
She is survived by two daughters, Deborah Williams and husband Frank of Streamwood, Ill., and Eva Maggard of Lufkin, Texas; one brother, Andrew Clarke Keys Jr. and wife Lynnette of Nampa, Idaho; one sister, Becky Lynch of Idaho City, Idaho; six grandchildren, William Telford and wife Theresa of Lake in the Hills, Ill., Jonathan Telford and wife Amy of Arlington, Va., Christopher Telford of Haskell, Joshua Maggard and wife Starla of Lufkin, Texas, Sean Telford of Streamwood, Ill., and Robert Telford of Hoffman Estates, Ill.; two great-grandchildren, Skyler Maggard of Lufkin, Texas, and Brayden Telford of Streamwood, Ill.; and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation and burial took place Sept. 18 in Easley Cemetery. Pharr Funeral Home of Gurdon was in charge of arrangements.
