Flora May Linz

On Friday evening, March 30, 2012, Flora May Linz, 83, of Bryant passed from this earth surrounded by family and friends.
She was born Sept. 2, 1928, in Bauxite to the late Nick and Alice Rodgers Patrick.
She was a homemaker and a member of the Central Church of Christ in Bryant.
Flora enjoyed the nature of her yard, writing poetry, working crossword puzzles and spending time with her family.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Max Linz; four sisters, Ruthalee Hobbs, Pauline Parsons, Mary Bridges and Marie Reeves; and three brothers, Elmer Patrick, Sam Patrick and Charles Patrick.
She leaves behind one sister, Mildred Howard of Jacksonville; one brother, Nick “Sonny” Patrick of Huntsville, Ala.; three sons, Michael Linz and wife Hermine of Conway, Corky Linz of Bryant and Stewart Linz and wife Rhonda of Benton; one daughter Deborah Hutchings and husband Larry of Bryant; 14 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
Funeral service is scheduled for 10 a.m. Tuesday at Roller-Drummond Funeral Home, Interstate 30, Little Rock, AR 72209, (501) 455-5800, with Reggie Nalls officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Hills Memorial Park on Highway 5.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home
This host of loved ones will meet one last time at the home she created to celebrate the life of their sister, aunt, friend, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
