Frances Estelle Chandler

Frances Estelle Chandler, 78, of Haskell passed away Thursday, Nov. 14, 2013. at Arbor Oaks Health and Rehab Center.
She was born Feb. 25, 1935, the daughter of Grover and Stella Downs Gibbs. She retired from Benton Services Center after working 33 years as a nurse's Aaide. She was of the Baptist faith.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her brothers, Lawrence and Bobby Gibbs; her sisters, Marguerite Black and Thelma Cowger.
She is survived by her husband, Jimmy C. Chandler of Haskell; a son, Jimmy (Christie) Chandler of Glen Rose; a daughter, Janet (Charles) Davis of Jacksonville; four grandchildren, Lauren Chandler, Robert Samples and Rachel and Justin Davis; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Nov. 15, at Pinecrest Memorial Park, 7401 Highway 5 North, in Alexander with the Rev. Mike Fikes officiating.
Visitation is set from 1 to 2 p.m. Friday, Nov. 15, 2013, at at Pinecrest Memorial Park. Arrangements are by Regency Funeral Home.
