Pavement examinations will require a lane closure on Interstate 30 in Saline County next week, according to Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department officials.
The work will be performed on Interstate 30, just west of U.S. 70. It will require the westbound outside lane to be closed between mile markers 108 and 110.
The closures will be Monday, Aug. 12 through Thursday, Aug. 15 and Monday, Aug. 19 through Tuesday, Aug. 20. The closures will only occur between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., weather permitting.
Traffic will be controlled using barrels and warning signs.
Motorists should exercise caution when approaching and traveling through all highway work zones. Additional travel-related information can be found at ArkansasHighways.com. You can also follow the highway department on Twitter @AHTD.
