Jacky D. Bearden

Jacky D. Bearden, 58, of Benton went to be with his Lord on Oct. 20. He enjoyed deer hunting, music and drag racing.
Jacky attended school at Bauxite and was a member of Boy Scouts and Falcon Club of America. He retired from Enmar-Ameron in 1983 and was also a bus driver for Benton schools. Jacky also served in the Army National Guard.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Polly and H.E. Bearden; a nephew, Bobby Mathis Jr.; and a niece, Kayanna Bearden.
He is survived by his brothers, Jimmy and wife Susie and Jerry and wife Marcia; a sister, Linda Green and husband Ron; the "love of his life," Cheryl Reeves; three nephews, Randy, Bobby and Jake; three nieces, Becky, Kristie and Dixie; and many friends and relatives.
Visitation will be held from 2 to 3 p.m. Sunday at Dial and Dudley Funeral Home followed by a graveside service at New Summit Cemetery in Benton with "Bro. Punkin" officiating.
