James Derrell Hill

James Derrell Hill, 58, of Benton passed away Monday, Jan. 14.  He was born May 26, 1954, in For Smith.  Derrell was a Master Electrician and taught for ACEF (Arkansas Construction Education Foundation) and was a member of First Baptist Church in Benton. 
He was preceded in death by his father, James H. Hill.
He is survived by his mother, Mary Frances Hill; six children, Justin, Joshua, Janna, Jereme, Jonathan and Jessica; 10 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and several aunts, uncles and cousins, and a host of friends.
Funeral service is scheduled for 10 a.m. Friday, Jan. 18, at Ashby Funeral Home with Dr. Rick Grant officiating. Burial will follow at Fowler Cemetery in Paron.
Visitation is set from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 17. at Ashby Funeral Home.
