Jeremy Lynn Stamper

Jeremy Lynn Stamper, 35, passed away on Jan. 5. Jeremy was born on June 20, 1977, in Cape Girardeau, Mo. Jeremy was a district sales manager for Sysco Foods in Little Rock.  He loved spending time with his children and was a huge sports fan.
Jeremy loved the Razorbacks and sky diving. He played coed softball and coached baseball for the East End Express. He loved the Lord and his family.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Scott Rowland; and a niece, Miryah Rowland.
He is survived by two sons, Bentley and Brayden Stamper; and their mother, Dodi of Bryant; his parents, Janet and Robert Stamper of East End; his fiance, Melissa Vaughan and her children, Jonathan, Gretchen, and Avery Jane of East End; his biological father, Terry Speer of Pine Bluff; his brothers, Scott Stamper and wife Tracy of East End, Kasey Speer and wife Jessica of White Hall, and John Speer of White Hall; a sister; Michelle Stamper of North Little Rock; biological grandmother, Mildred Davidson; one nephew, Kurt Stamper; and aunts, uncles and many family members and friends, all who loved him dearly and will miss him always.
Funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, Jan. 11, at East Union Missionary Baptist Church with Pastors Wayne Blue and Dennis Holmes officiating. Burial will follow at Rest Hills Memorial Park in Sherwood. Pallbearers are Kasey Speer, John Speer, David Parkman, Barry DeBoard, Robert Gast and Kurt Stamper.
Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 10, at Smith Family Funeral Home, Benton Chapel.
