Jesse Houston Hare

Jesse Houston Hare, 74, of Benton, passed away Sunday, March 13, 2011. He was born Oct. 11, 1936, in Murfreesboro, Tenn. to the late John David and Margaret Rachel Hare.

Jesse was the owner and operator of Houston Wrecking Service and Houston Boat Transporting in Murfreesboro. He was a member of Temple Missionary Baptist Church. 
He is survived by his wife, Anne Hare of Benton; son, Joe Foy of Bryant; sister, Joyce Cravins of Tennessee; five grandchildren, Tiffany Morphis, Keith Foy, Kourtney Foy, Caleb Preston Foy and Lindsey Nicole Witham and two great-grandchildren, Bryson Foy and Colton Morphis.
Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Ashby Funeral Home.
The funeral service will be 1 p.m. Friday at Ashby Funeral Home with burial at Pine Crest Memorial Park. David Harris will be officiating.
