Joe Lee Joey Richards Jr., 40, of Benton was found October 5, after he had been missing for a year. He was born June 15, 1971 in Benton. Joe was a construction worker, a US Army Veteran and attended Rose Hill Nazarene Church in Little Rock. He was preceded in death by his mother, Eileen Lou Richards, grandparents, Mick and Zella Richards, Samuel and Clara Goans.
 
He is survived by his father, Joe Lee Richards Sr.; best friend, Una Davis of Benton; son, Brian Grinstead of Longview, Texas; sister, Kathy Blue and husband, Louis, of Georgia; brothers, Michael Richards and wife, Angie of Benton; Steven Richards and Brandon of Conway.
 
Funeral Services will be 2 p.m. Friday at Ashby Funeral Home Chapel with burial at New Rosemont Cemetery. Minister will be Steve Comeans.

Visitation will be Thursday, Oct. 13, 6 to 8 p.m. at Ashby’s.
